• Project scope, pricing, and timelines are agreed upon before starting.
• Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

3. Payments

• All services are paid services.
• Payment terms are communicated before project initiation.
• Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Technophile Studio are non-refundable. Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds will not be issued once work has begun under any circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

• Technophile Studio retains ownership of all work until full payment is received.
• After full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client, excluding reusable internal tools and frameworks.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless restricted by written agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely feedback.
• Ensure legal rights to any content provided.
• Delays caused by the client may impact delivery timelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

Technophile Studio shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business, or issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or external tools.

8. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results, including SEO rankings, traffic, or revenue growth. Outcomes depend on multiple external factors.

9. Confidentiality

Any confidential information shared by the client will be used only for project purposes and kept private unless legally required to disclose.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if these terms are violated. Payments already made remain non-refundable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

12. Changes to Terms

Technophile Studio may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
